1. Background

Bazingo Inc. Pte Limited (the “Company”) strives towards making the shopping experience on www.zingohub.com (the “Website”) memorable and convenient, for every user to the greatest extent possible. In furtherance of the same, the Company has established this Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy (the “Policy”). The Policy envisages the terms and conditions under which:

  1. You may return goods purchased by you;
  2. A refund (through an international payment gateway) may be obtained for goods purchased by you, subject to applicable laws; and
  3. You may cancel orders for goods purchased by you.

It is important to note while the Company makes best efforts to ensure that returns, refunds and cancellations are available to the users of the Website, the Company has to place certain restrictions on the same in order to meet its business, legal and contractual obligations. Return, refunds or cancellations may also vary from brand to brand or seller to seller, and on the country of origin/destination of such goods, in which case each such good sold thereunder will have specific guidelines which will determine the terms and conditions related to return, refunds or cancellations (the “Guidelines”). In each such case, the Guidelines shall prevail over this Policy and it is important for you to acquaint yourself with the applicable Guidelines while making a purchase on the Website.

 

  1. Under what circumstances can goods be returned and under what time frame is the same possible?

As explained above, Guidelines specific to sellers and/or brands will dictate when goods can be returned and the timeframe involved. However, in general, you may place a request to return goods in the following cases, provided that in some cases, return of goods may be denied or delayed if such conditions exist under laws applicable to shipment of such goods back to the country of the seller:

  1. You receive a faulty or a defective product;
  2. You receive a physically damaged product;
  3. You are unhappy with the product quality;
  4. The product is different from description on the website; and
  5. There is size or fit issue.

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  1. Items that have been worn, washed or soiled;
  2. Innerwear, lingerie cannot be returned on account of hygiene;
  3. Products which were sold as combos or sets, are not eligible for return or replacement as individual items;
  4. Seal open branded electronic items cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the product;
  5. Consumable products like food and beverages, bath and beauty products;
  6. Bulky items like furniture, statues, paintings, temples, etc;
  7. Custom stitched products;
  8. Items that may not be imported back, to complete a return, into the seller’s country.

 

  1. Important Conditions
  1. All the products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills and labels;
  2. Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products with their original tags will be accepted;
  3. Brand packaging should be intact;
  4. Where specific Guidelines have been provided, please adhere to those terms and conditions for repair, exchange, refunds and cancellations.
  5. Replacements will be made on the basis of availability of that product on the website.

A claim must be raised in case you wish to return a product. You may raise such a claim by sending an email to the seller at the email address provided by the seller, which must provide details including, but not limited to, name of the product, the invoice number, the original shipment tracking number and other such information as may be deemed necessary by the seller and the Company. This must be done within 3 days of receipt of the product. Claims registered after 3 days of delivery shall be entertained at the sole discretion of the seller of the product.  In the communication with respect to the claim, you should inform the seller that you intend to return the product to the seller, and the seller shall commence necessary processes to obtain delivery of such goods.

 

  1. Under what circumstance can a person obtain a refund for goods and under what time frame is the same possible?

Refunds may be issued through the international payment gateway when:

  1. The time period specified on the Website for a product subject to pre-order has lapsed, and such product has not achieved its net minimum pre-order quantity;
  2. The seller cannot provide replacement;
  3. When a dispute has been ruled in your favour;
  4. The seller allows refunds on select categories under certain conditions.

Refunds must be requested for within 3 days of receipt of a product, except for refunds in relation to point (a) above, which will be commenced automatically, when the time period specified in point (a) has lapsed.  The amount of refund in the aforementioned cases will be at the sole discretion of the seller, except for refunds in relation to point (a) above, which will be processed when the pre-order period had lapsed without the minimum pre-order quantity being achieved. The refund will be processed by the seller through the international payment gateway. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your credit/debit card or bank account will be dependent on the policies and processes of the card issuer or the international payment gateway. Please note that your request must provide details including, but not limited to, name of the product, the invoice number the original shipment tracking number and other such information as may be deemed necessary by the seller and the Company. Please also note that all refunds, including refunds in relation to point (a) above, are subject to laws and rules relating to international transfer of monies.

 

  1. Under what circumstances can a person cancel goods for which orders have been placed and under what time frame is the same possible?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. In the case of a pre-order placed by you, you can cancel your order before either the pre-order period has lapsed or the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount may be refunded, subject to laws and rules applicable to international transfer of monies, and refund shall be processed through the international payment gateway. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your credit/debit card or bank account will be dependent on the policies and processes of the card issuer and the international payment gateway. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped by the seller.

This Policy is subject to change from time to time. It is important that you periodically review this Policy. Purchase of products on our Website constitutes your agreement to this Policy and any updates.

 

  1. Applicable Laws

Please note that the terms of this Policy is subject to the provisions of the applicable laws. In the event the applicable law provides for or limits the procedure for putting effect to the terms of this Policy, the provisions of the applicable law will prevail.
