Bazingo Inc Pte Ltd (the “Company”) has established this Shipping and Delivery Policy (the “Policy”) which provides the terms, conditions and restrictions related to shipping and delivery of products sold by sellers on the Website. It is important to note that the Company has to adhere to and inform you of certain restrictions on shipping and delivery of products in order to meet its business, legal and contractual obligations. Further, it is also important for you to note that the sellers on the Website are third parties and may have their own shipping and delivery guidelines (the “Guidelines”), which shall be displayed alongside such products on the Website. In each case the said Guidelines shall prevail over this Policy.

  1. What is the difference between shipping and delivery?

Shipping refers to packing and dispatching of your order by the seller. In the case of a product for which you have placed a pre-order, the product will be packed and dispatched by the seller subject to the minimum pre-order quantity for the product being met. Delivery means receipt of the product by you. Please note that the seller, in all cases, will be solely responsible for shipping of products/goods. Sometimes, the seller may, at seller’s discretion, use the services of a logistics company for shipping and delivery of products/goods. Under no circumstances shall the Company be directly or indirectly responsible for shipment and delivery of products/goods, nor shall the Company be regarded as an exporter or importer of record for any reason

  1. Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline provided?

It is possible that the seller has a holiday between the day you place your order and the date of delivery. Some sellers do not work on Sundays and public holidays and this is factored in to the delivery dates. For your information, it is likely that for a majority of international shipments, products/goods may need to pass through customs checks in country of dispatch and country of delivery, and as a result there may be unforeseen delays. We appreciate that you understand that any such delay is caused in most cases due to inevitable reasons.

List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay, except where export/import duties may be applicable on such products/goods, and the seller may collect the amount of such duties from you.

  1. Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

  1. I need to return a product, how can I arrange for a pick-up?

Returns are easy. You may contact the sellers to initiate a return since returns are handled differently from seller to seller. Each seller chooses its own policies regarding returns. You can visit the seller’s website to refer to its policy on returns. The seller is responsible for the return of the products. The Company is not responsible in any manner for return of products/goods, nor does the Company recommend/suggest to sellers to use the services of any particular logistics company to return the products/goods.

  1. What do the different tags like "In Stock", "Available" mean?

'In Stock'

For items listed as "In Stock", sellers will mention the delivery time based on your country and postal code and any other rules/policies which the seller may have, at seller’s sole discretion.

'Available'

The seller might not have the item in stock but can procure it when an order is placed for the item. The delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement time and the estimated shipping time to your location.

'Pre-Order'

Such items are intended by the seller to be made available in the future and are not available for your immediate purchase. You will need to place a pre-order for such products and make payment through the international payment gateway at the time of placing your pre-order. At the end of the pre-order period, typically 30 days, and if the minimum number of pre-orders have been placed for such product, then the product becomes Available and will be shipped to you as per the terms of this Policy.

'Out of Stock'

Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know once it is available for purchase.

'Back In Stock Soon'

The item is popular and is sold out. You can however 'book' an order for the product and it will be shipped according to the timelines mentioned by the seller.

'Temporarily Unavailable'

The product is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. The product could be in stock soon. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know when it is available for purchase.

'Permanently Discontinued'

This product is no longer available because it is obsolete and/or its production has been discontinued.

'Out of Print'

This product is not available because it is no longer being published and has been permanently discontinued.

  1. What should I do if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?

Please don't accept an open or tampered package. Report this concern to the seller within the 24 hours of receipt of the item.

  1. Which courier company do you use for delivery?

The seller is solely responsible for delivery of products/goods. Therefore, the seller may engage the services of a logistics company, at seller’s sole discretion. The Company is not responsible in any manner for shipping and delivery of products/goods, nor does the Company recommend/suggest to sellers to use the services of any particular logistics company.
