Haru V2 Minimalist Wallet - Kisetsu

Kisetsu, a design company from Singapore led by Alphonso and Ryan, came into existence after Al lost a wallet, and then decided to come up with their own set of minimalist wallets. Kisetsu is based on the three basic principles of beauty, form and function. Kisetsu wallets come with an added advantage of security as the wallets are equipped with RF ID protection. After launching their crowdfunding campaign on ZingoHub for Haru V2 Wallet, Team Kisetsu managed to raise 125% of their total funding goal within a month. A total of 46 backers brought this idea to reality.

Dangerous Radio by Bull Funk Zoo

Bull Funk Zoo made a strong impact in the Dubai music scene, playing non-stop shows all over the country as well as globally. After opening for Sting in March 2013, Bull Funk Zoo played at almost every venue in the region of UAE and toured internationally at concerts with audiences ranging from 5,000 to 30,000. After building a strong community, Bull Funk Zoo turned to crowdfunding for the release of "Dangerous Radio", and successfully raised 104% of the goal. Assad, the man behind Bull Funk Zoo took to crowdfunding for production and distribution of his already recorded music album. A total of 14 backers got together to bring Dangerous Radio to life.

Little Planet - Tale of The Lesser Known

Suhas Premkumar, a self-learned wildlife photographer opted to crowdfund a documentary ‘Little Planet – Tale of the Lesser Known’, revolving around snakes and frogs, with a vision to make people aware about their significance in maintaining ecological balance on Earth. He has been in business for approximately 13 to 14 years, and is a Certified Naturalist and Certified Eco Volunteer from the Forest Department, Karnataka. This informational documentary surfaces the lesser known facts about snakes and frogs. This project was brought to life with the support of 55 backers who collectively raised 101% of the crowdfunding goal.

Marimos by Momo Land

Marliana Lee, a professional graphic designer with an experience of more than 10 years successfully crowdfunded her collection of merchandise themed around wish-granting Marimos. It is her love for drawing and colouring that pushed her to be an artist, and also towards this crowdfunding campaign. This project showcased original artworks featuring Marimos in Momo Land. She opted for crowdfunding to test out the response in the market for Marimos in merchandise. She also feels that crowdfunding is another marketing channel that lets her build a community around her artwork. Marliana ran her crowdfunding campaign for a month, and managed to raise 110% of her crowdfunding goal.

Nritarutya Adhyaya 6

Campaign owner Mayuri Upadhya along with Nritarutya Dance Company has been in the performing dance space for the past 16 years. Nritarutya has represented India in the “Make in India” initiative by hon’ble Prime minister Shri Narendra Modi in Germany. The project - Adhyaya is a Nritarutya initiative that aims to support and provide a platform for the young and upcoming talents in the dance performance space. Started in 2004, Adhyaya has been helping many a young national and international artists showcase their work to learn, grow, explore and express in a language that is entirely their own. Nritarutya’s 6th Adhyaya was brought to life by 51 backers who collectively raised 114% of the crowdfunding goal.

Calestia - Raghad Murad

A well versed online writer with more than 200K online views worldwide for her creative pieces, Raghad Murad launched a pre-order for her first physical book on ZingoHub. An erudite in her field, she also has experience with graphic design and currently studies in Dubai. She already had a community in place, all she needed was a platform where she could get assistance when it comes to launching her campaign. After her campaign completion, she can now call herself a published author.

Neeye

After working on high profile projects such as Lucia and U-turn with acclaimed movie director Pawan Kumar, Gometsh Upadhye decided to launch his own crowdfunding project for a music video called Neeye. He paired up with Phani Kalyan, a protégé of A R Rahman, and came up with a musical dance video that revolves around the life of two talented dancers. Gomtesh managed to raise 100% of his base goal in a matter of 48 hours. To compose the video in two other languages, he added stretch goals which was also funded by music enthusiasts from all around the world. At the end of the campaign, Gomtesh managed to raise 160% of his funding goal.

Dreams by Chynna Ang

Chynna Ang is a design student from Singapore who built a small community around her artwork, and then went on to crowdfund her idea of why people should follow their heart and realize their dreams. Her crowdfunding campaign revolved around her artwork which subtly highlights the importance of why people should follow their dreams and relive them. Chynna now has a store on ZingoHub after successfully completing her crowdfunding campaign where she raised 100% of her funding goal. A total of 19 backers helped Chyyna realize her dream of being an artist that inspires others.

Freeze 2015

Founded by B-Boys Naser, Hani, Likith and B-Girl Ritu, Black Ice Crew came into existence way back in 2008. After a bumpy start, the crew finally found its feet in the later part of 2009, and gradually made its impact on the B-Boying communtiy. It was not until November, 2015 when Black Ice Crew realised the potential of their fans and the community. They successfully crowdfunded the 7th edition of B-boy dance event Freeze, on ZingoHub and managed to raise 118% of their funding goal in just 7 days. Black Ice Crew has more than 50 awards and achievements under its belt, and has a strong presence in the Indian B-Boying community.

Jarry - New Life to Old Jars

Inspired by an obsession of creativity and team effort, Gemklip, a design company in Bangalore, came up with Jarry – a custom made plastic handle that can be fastened to glass jars using a silicon band. They came up with the idea of upcycling glass jars as tea/coffee mugs by attaching a trendy handle to it. To test-out this minimalist design, it was put up for pre-order on ZingoHub. In a week’s time, these upcycling enthusiasts had achieved a success rate of 168% of their pre-order goal of 50 units. Gemklip believes in solutions that have a massive impact on the human race.

Cooey - Smart Blood Pressure Monitor

Cooey is an end to end family health monitoring device which collects, stores, analyzes and provides deep insight into vital signs of patients. This health IoT start-up has developed smart, Bluetooth enabled medical devices that auto-log medical data; share it remotely with the doctor and the patient’s loved ones. Cooey placed the Smart Blood-pressure Monitor for pre-order on ZingoHub and enjoyed a 100% success rate. Finding early adopters for Smart BP monitor was a piece of cake, all thanks to its easy-to-use device and an even friendlier mobile application. Cooeys App has so far clocked over 75,000 downloads, with about 60 percent of its users coming from India, while the rest are spread out over Middle East, USA and UK.
