Shipping and Delivery Policy


1. Background

Zingohub Private Limited (the “Company”) makes continuous efforts to ensure that every user of www.zingohub.com (the “Website”) who purchases any products receives the same at the earliest. The Company has established this Shipping and Delivery Policy (the “Policy”) which provides the terms, conditions and restrictions related to shipping and delivery of products sold by sellers on the Website. It is important to note while the Company makes best efforts to ensure that shipping and delivery of products are available to the users of the Website, the Company has to place certain restrictions on the same in order to meet its business, legal and contractual obligations. Further, it is also important for you to note that the sellers on the Website are third parties and may have their own shipping and delivery guidelines (the “Guidelines”), which shall be displayed alongside such products on the Website. In each case where the seller has their own Guidelines with respect to a product, such Guidelines shall prevail over this Policy.

2. What is the difference between shipping and delivery?

Shipping refers to packing and dispatching of your order within 7 days of you placing the order. In the case of a product for which you have placed a pre-order, the product will be packed and dispatched within 7 days of the pre-order period lapsing, provided the minimum pre-order quantity for the product has been met. The delivery may take 1-7 days after the product has been shipped depending on the address specified for the order. For some addresses, delivery of orders may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.

3. What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges vary from seller to seller.

Sellers incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. The delivery charge may be waived off by some sellers, if you shop with them for a minimum predefined value. Please check with individual sellers to understand their delivery charges.

4. Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline provided?

It is possible that the seller or our courier partners have a holiday between the day you place your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page more specifically mentioned herein Question no 2. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates. While we regret any delay caused, if any, we make best efforts to ensure that your product is delivered at the earliest. We appreciate that you understand that any such delay is caused in most cases due to inevitable reasons.

5. What is the estimated shipping and delivery time?

Sellers generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page more specifically mentioned herein Question no 2. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Further, estimated shipping and delivery time depends on the following factors:

a. The seller offering the product;

b. Product's availability with the seller;

c. In the case of products subject to pre-order, the pre-order offer period;

d. The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the seller.

6. Will there be any hidden costs on items sold by sellers on the Website?

List prices are final and all-inclusive. There will be no hidden costs or charges such as sales tax, octroi etc. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the seller's Guidelines.

7. Why does the estimated shipping and delivery time vary for each seller?

You have probably noticed varying estimated shipping and delivery times for sellers of the product you are interested in. Shipping and delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the seller, your shipping destination and the time taken by the courier partner to deliver the product to your location.

Please enter your default pin code on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know more accurate shipping and delivery times on the product page itself.

8. Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

Please enter your pincode on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be shipped and delivered to your location.

If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on:

a. Whether the seller ships to your location;

b. Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location;

c. The availability of reliable courier partners in your location.

At times sellers prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at their discretion.

9. Why is the Cash on Delivery (the “CoD”) option not offered in my location?

Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded the same. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your location. CoD is not available for products subject to pre-order, since payment for such products have to be made online at the time of placing the pre-order.

10. I need to return a product, how can I arrange for a pick-up?

Returns are easy. Contact us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

11. What do the different tags like "In Stock", "Available" mean?

'In Stock'

For items listed as "In Stock", sellers will mention the delivery time based on your location pincode (usually 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 4-7 business days in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, delivery of orders may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.

'Available'

The seller might not have the item in stock but can procure it when an order is placed for the item. The delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement time and the estimated shipping time to your location.

'Pre-Order'

Such items are intended by the seller to be made available in the future and are not available for your immediate purchase. You will need to place a pre-order for such products and make payment at the time of placing your pre-order. At the end of the pre-order period, typically 30 days, and if the minimum number of pre-orders have been placed for such product, then the product becomes Available and will be shipped to you as per the terms of this Policy.

'Out of Stock'

Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know once it is available for purchase.

'Imported'

Sometimes, items have to be sourced by sellers from outside India. These items are mentioned as 'Imported' on the product page and can take at least 10 days or more to be delivered to you.

'Back In Stock Soon'

The item is popular and is sold out. You can however 'book' an order for the product and it will be shipped according to the timelines mentioned by the seller.

'Temporarily Unavailable'

The product is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. The product could be in stock soon. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know when it is available for purchase.

'Permanently Discontinued'

This product is no longer available because it is obsolete and/or its production has been discontinued.

'Out of Print'

This product is not available because it is no longer being published and has been permanently discontinued.

12. What should I do if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?

Please don't accept an open or tampered package. Report this concern by clicking Return/Replace within the 24 hours of receipt of the item. We will look at it immediately and get back to you.

13. Which courier company do you use for delivery?

We have tied up with a number of reputed courier partners. The courier service provider for your order is selected based on your location.

14. Does ZingoHub deliver internationally ?

As of now, ZingoHub doesn't deliver items internationally.

15. Changes and updates

This Policy is subject to change from time to time. It is important that you periodically review this Policy. Purchase of products on our Website constitutes your agreement to this Policy and any updates.
